Robin van Persie: 'lewandowski is a better finisher than me, but Alexander Isak is not

Robin van Persie recently participated in a rapid Q&A session with ESPN, where he was asked to evaluate his finishing skills in comparison to other top players. 

Robin Van Persie The former Dutch striker, now a coach at Feyenoord, confidently ranked himself above several notable players, including Ollie Watkins, Dominic Solanke, and Nicolas Jackson.

However, he showed hesitation when considering Alexander Isak, ultimately choosing himself as the better finisher. Van Persie also placed himself ahead of Cody Gakpo and Viktor Gyokeres.

Interestingly, Van Persie dismissed Antoine Griezmann and Lautaro Martinez as inferior finishers but conceded that Robert Lewandowski, Erling Haaland, and Mohamed Salah were more skilled in front of goal. 

His rankings sparked intense debate among fans, particularly regarding his assessments of Isak and Lewandowski.
