Stuggart attacker Nick Woltade: 'I'd rather watch Dresden vs Essen than Liverpool vs Chelsea

Nick Woltemade the rising star from VfB Stuttgart , made a surprising confession in the "Copa TS" football podcast. When asked if he follows football outside of his career, he revealed, "I only watch German football. No Premier League or La Liga. But I watch almost every third-tier game I can and many Regionalliga highlights on YouTube."
The forward, who has scored 11 goals this season, explained his passion for German football, saying, "I don’t even know why, but I know almost every player from the first to the third division. I played in the third division myself just two years ago."
Woltemade, who was loaned to Elversberg last season and helped them reach the 2nd Bundesliga with ten goals, added, "If I had to choose between Dresden vs. Essen or Liverpool vs. Chelsea, I'd pick Dresden vs. Essen. A third-division game is great to watch."
He also shared his childhood love for collecting sticker albums with his father, although he stopped once he became a professional player. "I’ve been doing this for five or six years. Why did you stop?" he joked. "But they’ve gotten expensive!"
