"No regrets," says Laura, a 22-year-old UK student after selling her virginity for £1.6 million (Rs 18 crore) to a Hollywood star even after knowing the actor in question had visited Jeffrey Epstein's 'Little Saint James', as reported by Mirror. Manchester-based Laura, through an agency named 'Cinderella Escorts', signed herself for it in December 2023. She attended events to meet 'potential buyers' before a competitive bidding was held. There were many famous personalities at the bidding where an "extremely well-known Hollywood actor from Los Angeles" won. As per the report, he beat a politician from London and a businessman from Dubai at the auction. Later a date was set up between the Hollywood star and Laura to "communicate her sexual preferences" beforehand. A person from the escort team also accompanied her for the date at a five-star hotel.
The report also stated that there was a doctor who came with the actor to "confirm the authenticity of her virginity". Mail Online quoted Laura saying that she is "glad" that she made this decision. "The likelihood that I would have lost my virginity to someone who would never have married me afterwards anyway was very high. It wasn't worth it to me," she said, as quoted by the publication.T alking about her parents and how they reacted to her decision, Laura said she is a "free and independent" woman and is "fully aware" of her decision.
Her parents who initially were surprised by her decision, have now shown support to her."I don't think anyone should interfere and tell me who I should have sex with, after all it's my body and I'm a free and independent woman. What's more, I'm of legal age and therefore fully aware of my decision," she said, as reported by Mirror. The money that she received turned out to be a life-changing amount for her with which she bought apartments and rented them out and got opportunities to travel. Calling her experience a "positive one", Laura however warns other people who want to follow her lead as there are a lot of risks involved.
It is important to clearly communicate sexual taboos beforehand. You should definitely contact a renowned agency and never plan something like this on your own," she said as reported by the publication. Laura now plans on to become a "sugar baby" and earn £ 30,000 (Rs 3 crore approximately) a month.
